A. Chacholis Developers Ltd. has its origins in 1976, when the founder of the business, Mr. Andreas Chacholis established his construction Company.  He rapidly became a Licenced Grade"A" contractor and completed projects such as The Aeneas Beach Hotel, a five star establishment in Ayia Napa, as well as other well known hotels in the area such as The Sancta Napa, The Nestor, The Yiannoula and The Marcandina.

Mr. Chacholis also operated as an Estate Agent since 1980 and from the Civil Engineering operation branched into the development of land for houses and apartments.  In 1996, the Company was named A. Chacholis & Sons Ltd. and later became A. Chacholis Developers Ltd.

Today, the Company has a strong portfolio of completed projects in both Civil Engineering and housing developments and continues to expand its portfolio with exiting new projects being brought on stream.

The Company also prides itself in ensuring that all projects have all legal applications made to the appropriate authorities in order to obtain the final permits.
